At least the cherry blossoms are blooming.
So it’s been a very full few weeks. Moving. Illness. Flash floods. Bush disturbed about gay folks. But I thought I would take this opportunity to pause, to reflect, and take a look outside. The sun came out today. It’s beautiful, if a little cold. And the really good news is that the cherry blossoms are blooming. Which means that spring is almost here. The winter chill will be lifted, and the world will come back to life. In April we can celebrate the birth of the Buddha. And before you know it, it’ll be summer time all over again.
I’d like to use this space then to quietly reflect on these things. And I’ll give you a few images of blossoms if there are none in your neck of the woods. And I’ll say no more.
